Payments for AdventureEngine credit packages are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, the Merchant of Record for your order.

14-day refund window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of your purchase.

How to request a refund

Contact Paddle within 14 days of your transaction at https://paddle.net. Use the link in your purchase receipt or select "Request refund". Include your order number and the email address you used at checkout.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 days of approval.
